Professional installation, training and commissioning services are provided by our own expert team — not subcontracted. The same people who know the machine set it up, hand it over, and stay reachable afterwards.
Before the machine arrives we plan its layout within your production area and identify the infrastructure it will need, so that installation day is assembly rather than improvisation.
From delivery to first production run
Training covers day-to-day operation, tool and program changes, routine maintenance and the safety procedures for the machine. We also cover the software side — our HMI works with CAD/CAM programs such as Alphacam, Cabinet Vision, NC Hops, Mozaik, KCD and TopSolid, and we walk your team through the post-processor setup you will actually use.
